Michael Mahoney

2335mikeMike focuses on solving problems for his clients who range from large and small businesses to individuals. His focus in civil litigation includes motor vehicle and transportation law defense, employer representation in workers’ compensation claims, construction matters and professional liability. Mike began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York gaining extensive trial experience. Since moving to Ohio in 2005 he has tried cases before juries in Montgomery, Warren, Hamilton, Clermont, Brown, Greene, and Darke counties. Additionally he has appellate experience in the First, Second and Twelfth Districts of Ohio as well as the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Mike is very proud of his trial experience and successes, however over the years working with business and individual clients he has recognized the greater advantages of solving matters for his clients either in a preventive fashion or through alternative dispute resolution. He has presented on employment and workers’ compensation topics before the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Dayton-Miami Valley Safety Council and the Northern Cincinnati Safety Council.

Mike was named as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star 2009 through 2014 – a list jointly prepared by Law and Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. He is currently admitted to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and New York. Mike serves on the board of the Springboro Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife have also been very involved with the Atrium Medical Center Foundation, a non-profit arm of Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, Ohio. Mike serves on the Foundation’s Annual Fund Committee.
