Ms. King is a lawyer in the Dayton office of Poling Law and has been practicing law for over 25 years. For the past 16 years she has focused her practice on representing the needs of Ohio employers in Workers’ Compensation, OSHA matters and general employment matters. She represents private and public employers as well as self-insured corporations and state funded employers.

Ms. King is experienced in the intricacies of Workers’ Compensation from advising employers on potential risks and drafting compliant employee handbooks through hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission, appeals, mandamus actions, trial or ultimate settlement. She works with third party administrators assisting her clients in achieving the best results in a cost effective manner.

Ms. King completed her law degree in Boston, Massachusetts and then practiced as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts where she worked on the Urban Court Strike Force, prosecuting organized crime and drug trafficking cases. She worked for seven years in Boston before returning home to Ohio. Since that time she has worked in several firms in the Dayton area honing her skills in the areas of workers’ compensation and employment litigation.
