Ms. Myers understands that in today’s rapid environment, providing dependable and resourceful legal advice and representation is of paramount importance. She dedicates herself to understanding her client’s needs, and providing a service that is of superior quality and provided in the most efficient and effective manner possible. Ms. Myers focuses her practice on commercial, civil, legal malpractice, long term care malpractice, and general litigation, as well as insurance coverage and insurance defense matters. She has handled numerous matters in various Common Pleas and Appellate Courts throughout Ohio. She has represented self-insured and state funded employers before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Ohio Industrial Commission in all districts for many years. She has significant experience advising clients regarding employment policies and practices. She has recently given presentations regarding Ohio law to other specialized employment attorneys and third party administrators.
Ms. Myers completed her J.D. in 2002 from Capital University Law School. In law school, she was recognized for Order of the Barristers, an award given to five students within the law school class for outstanding achievements during law school. Ms. Myers completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences, cum laude, in Health Administration and with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky in 1998. She has twice been recognized as an Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. Her professional associations and personal experiences allow her to offer well-organized and useful legal guidance. She prides herself in obtaining outstanding results, providing pristine service, and maintaining lasting relationships.
