Another win!

We are pleased to announce a unanimous defense verdict in a Fentanyl overdose case for Brant Poling and Sabrina Sellers following a two week jury trial in Columbus, Ohio. The pair defended a family medicine physician who had a 20-year relationship with his patient and was treating her chronic pain with Fentanyl after exhausting numerous other treatment modalities.  Discussions with the jury following the verdict applauded the team’s use of experts, medical records and demonstrative exhibits to handle the complex pharmacologic and medical issues in a way that made the subject matter easily understood.
