Another Win!

Congratulations to Brant Poling and Fred Sewards for a large defense verdict in Fairfax, Virginia this week. The team defended an orthopedic surgeon and his corporation against claims of failure to get a pre-op vascular consult and failure to diagnose an occlusion prior to a knee total knee replacement. The jury returned a unanimous defense verdict!!
