Dismissal on Eve of Trial

Attorneys Jennifer Myers and Zachary Hoover recently obtained a dismissal of all claims against their orthodontist client on the eve of trial. The allegations involved orthodontic treatment in a non-compliant patient to correct a Class II malocclusion with extraction of upper first premolars. The defense maintained a strong posture throughout the case which forced the plaintiff to dismiss the case.
