POLING Attorney Successfully Defend Appeal

Brant Poling successfully defended an appeal of a jury verdict in favor of the physician and his practice group wherein the appellant alleged an abuse of discretion in exclusion of testimony from a treating provider and an instruction given to the jury.  The Second District Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court’s judgment on both issues finding there was no abuse of discretion by the trial judge.
