Pre-Trial Dismissal of Hospitalist

Brant Poling and Zack Hoover recently obtained a pre-trial dismissal of their hospitalist client in a medical negligence lawsuit. The allegations against the hospitalist involved the discharge of a patient following a workup by a cardiologist. An expert witness in hospital medicine supported the care, treatment, and discharge by the hospitalist. The plaintiff did not present testimony of a hospital medicine expert to criticize the hospitalist.
