Dalia G. Safadi, Esq., is a civil litigation attorney specializing in complex general and professional liability defense. She primarily focuses her practice on medical malpractice litigation, with specific experience in wrongful death and personal injury defense for physicians, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes.
Prior to joining the POLING team, Dalia practiced in general civil litigation, where she handled a variety of cases across state and federal courts, including in the areas of civil rights, business litigation, contract disputes, employment law, and estates and trusts. She additionally has experience in health care privacy and transactional matters, having spent time working in-house at a health information network.
While in law school at the George Washington University School of Law, Dalia participated in the Health Rights Law Clinic and was awarded the Best Oralist distinction at two separate Moot Court Competitions and the Quarterfinalist distinction at a national competition comprised of the top sixteen Moot Court Programs in the country. She graduated with a specific concentration in Health Law and is dedicated to effectively defending and advocating for health care professionals.
