John’s primary focus is defending self-insured and state funded employers before the Ohio Industrial Commission in all districts, as well as in state courts on appeal. John has successfully argued cases for clients at all hearing levels, including before the Members of the Commission. John also tries cases in Common Pleas Court and argues on behalf of clients at the 10th District Court of Appeals.

In addition to his workers’ compensation practice, John has represented clients in civil cases in over 50 Ohio counties. John has won many cases via summary judgment and maintains a perfect record at trial. His name, face, and good reputation are known by judges throughout the state.
