Laken H. Hinton, Esq., is a civil litigation attorney specializing in complex general and professional liability defense. He primarily focuses his practice on medical malpractice litigation, with specific experience in wrongful death and personal injury defense for physicians, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes.

Laken graduated Magna Cum Laude from Capital University Law School, where he earned Dean’s List honors each year and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts II. During law school, he gained experience as a law clerk at a prominent Columbus firm, assisting with litigation and case development.

Prior to law school, Laken earned a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State, he competed on the Men’s Golf Team and was recognized as a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar in 2019 and 2020 and an All-America Scholar in 2020 and 2021. He also served as a team representative in the Lead Like A Buckeye leadership program.
