Sellers and Poling Obtain Directed Verdict

Sabrina Sellers and Brant Poling obtained a directed verdict on day three of trial for their Defendant physician and his corporation in an urologic case alleging Plaintiff lost his bladder, prostate, and part of his bowel following a TURBT procedure to remove cancer. The directed verdict was won after Plaintiff’s expert was disqualified during his direct examination as no longer practicing as an operating surgeon. An outstanding result for the POLING trial team!
