Successful Defense Against $10M Suit

Congratulations to Brant Poling for returning a DEFENSE VERDICT following a two week jury trial in Erie County!  Brant defended his OBGYN client in highly sympathetic uterine rupture/placental abruption case that resulted in HIE and death of an infant. Plaintiffs requested a $10M verdict. A great result for the POLING trial team!
