Congratulations to Brant Poling and Sabrina Sellers for returning a DEFENSE VERDICT following a two week jury trial in Erie County! The pair defended their OBGYN client in highly sympathetic uterine rupture/placental abruption case that resulted in HIE and death of an infant. Plaintiffs requested a $10M verdict.
