Zachary Hoover Piling Up Defense Verdicts During Pandemic

Congratulations to Zachary Hoover who obtained a directed verdict AND defense verdict for a dentist in a dental malpractice and breach of contract lawsuit in the Miamisburg Municipal Court. 

The patient alleged dental malpractice and breach of contract arising from placement of a crown and a broken tooth two weeks after the crown was placed. This is Attorney Hoover’s second trial AND defense verdict during the COVID-19 pandemic.
